Registration fee includes attendance to all workshops and lectures, and materials for participants.
Payment for registration fees should be made by bank transfer (for early bird fee until the 31st of July 2018). Bank transfer charges are the responsibility of the payer. Registration fees must be pre-paid in full. Participants should send proof of the registration fee payment via official conference e-mail: email@example.com.
To cancel the registration, a written cancellation request must be submitted to the Organizing team via official conference e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org.
For cancellations made until the 12th of September 2018, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
For cancellations made after the 12th of September 2018, no refund will be made.
